These terms cover ender.bio, the Ender Capes shop at ender.bio/capes and its giveaways. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Questions go to connerfolla@gmail.com.
Your account and page
- You must be 13 or older.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- What you put on your page is yours, and you're responsible for it. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, threatening, or anyone else's private information, and don't pretend to be someone else.
- We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
The cape shop
- The shop sells real Minecraft cape codes. You redeem a code at minecraft.net/redeem on your own Microsoft account. Once a code is redeemed, the cape is Mojang's to manage, not ours.
- Your code is shown when payment goes through and emailed to you. Keep it private: anyone with the code can redeem it.
- If a code doesn't work, email us with your order and we'll replace it or refund you. Because codes are delivered straight away, we can't take back a code that has been redeemed. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
- Payments are handled by Stripe.
Giveaways
- Giveaways are free. No purchase is needed to enter or win.
- They're for subscribers to our YouTube channel. You sign in with Google so we can check your subscription. By doing so you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- One entry per YouTube account and per email. Entering with more than one account, or any other attempt to game a giveaway, can get every entry of yours removed.
- A draw picks its winners at random when its timer ends. A drop goes to whoever claims first while codes last.
- The prize is a cape code, delivered like a shop order. It can't be swapped for cash. If a giveaway has to be cancelled, nobody wins it.
- A winner's YouTube channel name is shown on the giveaway.
- Giveaways are run by EnderBio. They aren't sponsored, endorsed or run by YouTube, Google, Mojang or Microsoft.
Not affiliated
EnderBio is not an official Minecraft product, and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Cape designs belong to Mojang. Other names and logos belong to their owners.
Our service
We work to keep EnderBio running and correct, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees, and features can change. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for more than you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes and law
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
