When do I get my code?
As soon as your payment goes through, usually within a few seconds. It shows on the order page Stripe sends you back to, and it's emailed to the address you gave.
How do I redeem it?
Go to minecraft.net/redeem, sign in with the Microsoft account you play on, and enter the code. The cape is added to that account. On Java, equip it in the Minecraft Launcher under Skins; on Bedrock, in the Dressing Room.
Does it work on Java and Bedrock?
Each cape says which editions it works on. Most recent capes are on both, and a code redeemed once is on your account for good.
I closed the page before I saw my code.
Open the link in your order email: it takes you back to your order and the code. If the email hasn't arrived, check spam, then contact us with the email you used.
Can I get a refund?
A code can't be taken back once it's been shown to you, so sales are final once delivered. If a code doesn't work, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Can two people buy the last code?
No. Starting checkout sets a code aside for you for 30 minutes. If you don't finish, it goes back on sale.
